Distraction Burglary, also often referred to as Bogus Callers, is a type of burglary where entry into the residents home is by trick rather than the typical forced or sneak entry. They take of various guises (e.g. Plumbers, sales people, builders, gardeners, etc)

They are responsible for a distressing crime often aimed at the most vulnerable members of our community, like the elderly. The actions of these people can have serious consequences on the quality of life of many victims.
