Long after the waters from Hurricane Katrina ebbed, the rebuilding process in New Orleans continues. Faith-based groups such as the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance have assumed much of the responsibility for helping residents return to some semblance of normal life. With Mardi Gras parades providing the backdrop, volunteers from the San Gabriel Valley provide assistance to any who need it. Video by John Vande Wege
