Three Dallas police officers, including one who was fired, will face criminal charges.

Collins has an extensive criminal record that includes convictions on drug, weapons and drunk driving charges, according to Texas Department of Public Safety records. Five of his previous eight arrests were by Dallas police, including one in April on drug charges.

Can these civil servants keep this video cam off? Also, how many move the "beating target" out of range of this 'peoples video monitor' (they're like criminal babysitters - a video cam REQUIRED, or no honesty/CIVILITY (tax paid civil servants) whatsoever)? *If they can have our cam on them off, then I can just imagine how many moderate to extreme crimes these pigs (kids found the right term in the 60's and 70;s) commit in a serving-year.

@bbstingray The guy is no good, but it doesn't give the Police the right to commit criminal acts. What they did is criminal, it is agrivated assault.

@TelcoPhil I am glad they will face criminal charges. They don't get to behave like thugs just because they are wearing badges. The suspect was no threat and there is no excuse for this kind of behavior.
