St John Ambulance Radios and UK Simple Light Frequencies. Icom radios currently in use by SJA. Anyone with a UK Simple Light licence may use the seven frequencies listed, as well as the CTCSS Tone 186.2 . St John Ambulance use a few other frequencies including three Duplex systems, these can be found on the web, but to avoid any disputes I have only listed the UK Simple Light frequencies.

St John is a charitable organisation that use these frequencies for a first aid purpose, if you find yourself operating on the same frequency and tone as them it would be much appreciated if you could change channel or let a member know. These frequencies could also be used for emergencies so it is vital that the airwaves are not full of traffic, kind regards, St John Ambulance.
