What planting medium do you grow your pineapples in?

@frozentootsiepop Just a standard potting mix. I mix in some worm castings and vermiculite to enhance it.

@frozentootsiepop My guess is it's because it isn't given the intense daylight sunshine that the production plants are given. Also less root space.

Ray I was told that growing avacado from seed will never produce fruit?

Someone I know tried for several years to get it to fruit even with other pollinators it never gave fruit.

But on the other hand a lady I knew had a nursery and half the property was avocados, she said hers would produce from the seed. very strange.
