This is my studio version of "Where the Wild Things Are", a Patrick Watson song from his 2009 album Wooden Arms. My sister had me do a new rendition of it as a piece for her choreography. I hope you enjoy the song, and I hope it brings you back to the old story book or the movie that came out a little while ago. Let me know what you think :).

  • Wow. The original brought me here and...well this sounds just as professional and...I can't believe I am saying it but...I prefer it!

  • Nice job Corey I liked it , to be honest i have never heard this song before. I'm going to check it out now an come back and listen to your cover again to really see your side of it! I've always thought your solid on guitar so no suprise there and have liked your voice but your voice definetly has improved and i have really liked what recent songs have showed of it. Keep it up mate!

  • I thought it was going to be rubbish.... but actually...this is fecking brilliant!!!! :))) Well done guys! You totally upset the original song (which I love BTW), but ehy, you really seem to know your stuff!

  • You have great music taste, sir. Doing covers of Jeff, scott, and now Patrick.. Three of my favorite songwriters. You have a totally unique voice, and it sounds great. Along with the impressive guitar playing? Looks like you've got the whole package man. Keep it up.

  • Great song; I didn't know it. It's a really good job
