250 元的雞蛋仔,真正名稱叫「西班牙黑毛豬雞蛋仔」。有別於街邊檔買的甜雞蛋仔,廚師用 36 個月風 乾 的西班牙黑毛豬火腿和英式芥辣,混合蛋漿製成「鹹」的港式雞蛋仔,取代一般餐包,口感同樣脆卜卜。
