We talked to three Vermont farmers, Mark Fasching from Jericho Settlers Farm, Hank Bissell from Lewis Creek Farm and Thomas Case from Arethusa Collective Farm, about the fabulous winter vegetables they had for sale at the Burlington Winter Farmers Market. Hank Bissell told us that his customers loved all the "odd and ugly roots" . Mark Bissell told us all about red cabbages. Thomas Case, an enthusiastic grower of celery root, explained how to grow it and how to use it. Patsy Jamieson is our Host and James Valastro is the Director/Cameraman.
