when i put the mic to play through headset it dosn't work because it dosn't let me hear other people in chat so i have to put it through play both and that dosn't let me adjust my game and chat volume i need HELP!!!

@sid3kick10 Please pull out your manual and be certain that you have the headset connected and your Xbox configured EXACTLY as the manual says. If you're still having trouble, contact our customer support department.

@TheJordan591 All of our headsets work with an HDMI setup. Search YouTube for "turtle beach HDMI" to see how people hook them up with HDMI.
