ATHENAS PSYCHO REFLECTOR HERE IS FASTER THAN THE PREVIOUS KOFS... HERE, SHE CAN REFLECT WITH LESS WORRIES... ITS UNFAIR...

@Kyubi888Naruto A reflected ball can't be reflected again after a certain number of times.
At least it was like that in other editions.

Projectiles have always been weak in the kof series. Multiple moves cross through them, you can jump them or roll through them, movement is FAST in kof, jumps can be pretty far and some moves are outright reflectors. Don't over react if you see a projectile nullified in kof, that's just how it goes. You don't spam them in this series. One if the reasons i like KOF so much.
This is how projectile reflection moves in SNK fighters like KoF have always worked, since the beginning. Athena, Rugal, Yamazaki can all do this. None of them have ever really cared whether it was a regular DM, or SDM projectile.
Given the bullet-like speed of most super projectiles though (Ash's is a zoning tool, so it's an exception), it's not generally something one can react to. If you're predictable enough to toss out a Haohshoken when I'm expecting one though, you deserve to eat it.

For giggles someone should make a video of 2 athenas and reflect a psycho ball for like 5 minutes...
