Remastering a DSL CD for Full-Screened Web App (Part 1)

A walk-through on how to remaster and create a live cd that will display a full-screened web app.
- Set the CD to automatically boot to your web app
- Hide the mouse cursor
- Disable the screen blanking, so the display will always be on
- Set resolution
- Create an ISO
