I'm here because I had a long conversation with a badass old dude in my ceramics class. He could have talked for hours about how his generation had legal acid and how many times he saw the Doors. I egged him on with my jealousy, as a 19 year old. Anyways, he told me to look up Moby Grape, and here I am. That old man rules.

Oh... by the way (Sorry for the wind) if you like 8:05 you must hear "He." It's a quiet number with Peter Lewis singing the lead .... and that deep tenor Bob Mosely had ... echoing at the end of verses. Get the lyrics online ...it's worth it.
If any of you remember the actress Loretta Young ..... Peter Lewis is her son.

I'm an old guy ... glad too. I sat 10 feet from Bob Mosley and watched and listened for over 3 hours in 67'. Same with Jerry Garcia and the Dead. Five times to see the Beatles. At the time, if you wanted to hear a certain song, you'd have to wait till the stations played it or the album came out. Moby was so prolific the radio stations didn't know what to do with them. So many songs on each album & they came fast and furious. Wish you all could have been there.
