It's more of an aerobic workout...but pushups = chest...jumping squats = legs.

pretty much every muscle. This is called conditioning. BTW, most conditioning sucks really bad since almost noone out there knows anything about fitness anymore

True, but Crossfit is basically a fad anyway for short attention spans, you look at most crossfit folks and they are pretty well conditioned but not built for mass or strength like bodybuilders or fighters/boxers. It's better than many other fad type training out there but it's just another way to try and sell "fun" exercise to lazy people, it's certainly not a more dominant approach than training styles that have been around for decades.

Hopefully the boxers you train with aren't aiming for mass or strength.

Power and muscular endurance baby.

It is a total body conditioning exercise. It is extremely demanding on the cardiovascular system. If you implement them in CrossFit workouts, where you may be alternating them with a weightlifting movement, the effect is even more dramatic. Burpees show a prominent effect on fat loss as well.

He's doing it way wrong you're not supposed to just fall into the pushup like that, also bad for the wrists. If done right this is a great exercise though for conditioning.

This workout does pretty much everything, but it's definitely a workout that increases cardiovascular endurance. If you do these you'll definitely burn the fat but keep the muscle since your triceps, shoulders, legs, and upper back will be getting pounded hard.
