Position a div (AP Div) exactly where you want it in Adobe Dreamweaver

Have you ever tried to use the AP Divs in Dreamweaver, only to find that they don't stay where you want them? Especially if you have a page with centered content? Where there's a little trick that is super easy once you learn it to get a div to stay in position, even move when another div moves.
