(2) Presidential Decision

This video plays right when the player starts the game. I had to hunt around the internet in order to learn the specific script language used in .SSA subtitle formats in order to change the text color. I have decided to use alternating yellow and white letters for now.

Since the text-only portions of the game assign specific colors to specific speakers, I will try to assign those colors to each character's subtitles in the final version.

Just a little progress report for you guys. A user by the name of christoph over at the Racketboy forums has emailed the guy that owns the company translating the game, and the guy emailed him back this message.

@msgr33nday Oh, I don't have a translated version of the game, I only found these on the translation site and uploaded them to Youtube for folks to see. The game is not done yet, but just a few weeks ago they made some prgress on the game, and I'll add a link to their new updated site so you can see the recent news they have posted just this week.

@milkmanchris111 I don't know man. That's why I posted them here for all youtube to see and hopefuly push the dev to get this translation done. It has been far to long since we got a news update and it is starting to really piss me the hell off lol.
