  • Thats some mighty fine gear you got there. When I was working the waters of northern Puget sound till the judge Bolt thing, we were on boats that were older than us, it was old school jury rigged equipment, but it worked. We didn't even dream of doing it alone. Thanks for the vid, and watch out for the rip tides if your close to shore.

  • Been living in Homer, Ak for almost 20 yrs now. Grew up in Bellingham, Wa. I was 6 yrs old in 1975 & mom put me on a plane in Seattle & said don't get off until that lady/stewardess says so. When I got off I was in Cordova & thus began my many summers gillnetting with dad. I really miss those days. The old Nefco cannery & dad selling, mending, & hanging nets on the closures<Hint, was so neet with all the steam boilers & old belt drive machinery. Great videos thank you for sharing :)
