@EverSoTired good work you completely misunderstand the law, its designed so that you cant deny someone housing SIMPLY because of thier race or ethnicity, your probably white and therefore dont have to worry about anything like that. Like most laws it only exists because people took the ability to turn people down for housing to the extreme.

People can rent or sell their personal property to who ever they want. If I had an apartment for rent I would not rent it to blacks, mexicans, or Arabs. Its my property and I can sell it to who ever I choose.

thats so true. the constitution does not give us the right to decide what to do with our own property. And heaven knows that no white person has ever been discriminated against. If you think its hard for a minority to find an apartment try being white and trying to get government assistance of any kind.
