Remember when pool halls used to be disreputable and then they got respectable? I hope strip clubs are like that one day. I love watching women pole dance but hate the way some guys act. Good job with this video!

Hi Love Your Video =)
... I want to start this just for fitness... but i have no idea what kind of pole to buy =( What would you recommend 50mm or 45 mm? Would a stationary or spinning pole be better to start with? Also I Rent My Unit So Does It Do Much Damage to the ceiling? Thanks xx

Hey! You're amazing! I totally know what you mean about chrome. I have an X Pole and I always keep a hand towel at arms reach when I'm using it. One of my old housemates had a stainless steel one and the grip was a lot better, but it also had a bit more girth than the X Pole so that may have had something to do with it.
hey gurl, i just got my pole yesterday , its chrome and its wicked sticky im getting really fustrated with it already. im used to using titaniam gold. I see you posted this video more than a year ago.... has it gotten less slick since then or are you still having trouble with it?

@princesayoleasa Thanks for the comment and sorry for getting back to you so late! This pole has gotten better with time but I still prefer my stainless, it's actually smaller in diameter but sticks a bit better and doesn't get slick so quickly...
I hope your chrome gets better for you too with time! Happy Poling!!

So chrome and stainless steel are slick...but titanium gold and brass are not. So which would be better to practice on the one that's hardest or the one that's easiest? Or I guess what kind do they use for professional competitions?

Well, I've learned that it all depends on your personal chemistry, some people love brass while others hate it, if you get the chance try them all out to see what works for you. I have yet to come across a brass pole :(
Lately I've seen a lot of Xpole used in competitions (50mm chrome) they sponsor a lot of them and in Australia, they use Bobbi's Brass 38mm pole which is way skinny!
Thanks for your comment!
