June's Homeland Security report declared the US unprepared for catastrophes. In the military we could talk to everyone. No exceptions we new who was in our AO and who wasnt, no one went through without us knowing. Its not a hard concept. Well maybe for civilians...

One thing this guys doesn't touch on it, The mayor of NYC at the time, Jewliani bought SubStandard radios for the firefighters...ON PURPOSE. He was told that the radios were not the right ones and even that they were of cheap quality and STILL he ordered the purchase of the pieces of shit.
