  • Nice video. I've wondered if it confused students to associate songs with certain intervals where the tonic is different than the fixed root your working off of. Example would be NBC. Yes it's a M6, but the ear gravitates towards that last note of F, instead of hearing how the A really sits against the C in the key of C.

    Nice vid. Well explained.

  • I thought the Simpson's intro used a Tri-Tone (dim 5) in the intro.
