  • Hey guys! RisenSounds here!

Just wanted to let you guys know that I made another HeadStand tutorial.

The video/audio quality is MUCH better, and so is my instruction.

So please watch that one instead!

To watch it, just click on the screen to be re-directed to it.

    Thanks guys!

  • How do i know, when i can pass from headstnad to headpsin?

  • @jonhysoul When you're COMPLETELY comfortable with your headstands to the point that it feels natural.

Don't even ATTEMPT headspins unless you've mastered your headstand.

In this video, my headstand wasn't perfected yet.

  • do you have to face your hands the other way i asked other people and they said you can put it what way you like and ive watch other vides with people doing it and the put there hands facing there face

  • @ksp78945

Do whatever feels comfortable for you! I just said to point it away because that's how I learned it, and it's easier for me. But if you wanna make them face towards your face, then try!

One of the best ways to evolve as a dancer is to experiment.

  • @RisenSounds sorry to but in .. but what do u mean experiment?

  • @MEMDaPlayaJ When I saw "experiment", I mean try it different ways.

Try moving your arms into different positions; try moving your legs into different positions; regulate how stiff your body and limbs are.

Change your style up to make it comfortable and your own :D
