try a
Cuckoo rice cooker. it is essentially an automatic pressure cooker. Best tasting rice. You can use a regular pressure cooker but easy to burn the rice.

You don't want the water to be crystal clear, just pretty clear, cause your also washing away nutrients!
Who actually manufacturers your rice cookers for you? Cuckoo? Tiger?

nice video thanks for sharing. how would you say long grain rice like jasmine rice cooks in the cooker? do you add less water vs the japanese rice?

thanks for the comment - jasmine rice cooks perfectly, use just use less water and don't need to wash it as much. there's is more information on the Cook Japan website re different types of rice.
