The Clash, Sex pistols. The Jam, the stranglers, X ray spex, the Banshees, Eddie and the hot rods, Dr. Feelgood, Ian Dury. Elvis Costello, Boomtown Rats, Graham parker, Joe Jackson, the Damned....in that order...the Damned were the least talented of the class off 76-79

Brilliant - I was living in Finsbury Park at the time they did these two all-dayers and went to sit outside and listen - couldn't afford a ticket! - heard the Fall and the Electric Bluebirds do their sets - can't remember if I stayed on the park bench long enough for the Damned!
