Prime Rib with Au Jus Recipe from SimpleFoodie.com. Prime Rib is meant for a feast and it never dissapoints. What is amazing is how easy it is to make and how delicious it comes out. It takes just a little work the night before roasting to enhance the mouth watering melt in your mouth flavor, but it is so worth it.

  • you add salt TO TASTE. so if you don't think it's salty enough, you add salt.

  • I prefer to use beef base for the rub and Demi Glaze with Au Ju. Just the way I do it, not saying that this way is bad. My prefered way is just different. The one here looks great here though. Good Job! :)

  • @laquotes thank you never knew what this meant amazingly, I always thought it meant add slat to flavor it lol

  • aw juice

  • how did this turn in a 'translation' issue? some of you are missing the point of this video

  • It's called a Jus, NOT an Au Jus !

The French word "au" can mean with or and or of so Steak au Jus is Steak with Juice, Coq au Vin is Rooster in Wine.

You have the word "with" TWICE, once in English & once in French.

What you called your dish is "Prime Rib with with Juice"

  • How do you place it into the oven THEN PREHEAT it to ... Just saying..

  • Many people watch your videos too, why not post your link to EZHUH.COM get paid for the watch and post videos.

  • Wow.

A lot of hatred from a cooking video.

  • @doodydude234 just was i was thinking..ah Americans what are you gonna do? :b

  • 30min for the meat to come to room temp right out of the fridge? Yea right, it would take about 6-8 hours for roast that big. So many things wrong with this vid but good recipe.
