@BeefyRalph "Shu" also means "What" but "shu" is colloquial while "Maa" is MSA.

Question: I live in UAE (Im American expat) and everyone says "Shoo Hatha?" Is this a regional dialect difference? Or is there a real difference between Maa and Shoo? Thanks for the lessons, you are an engaging teacher with a great way of explaining.

actually this is no use. because arab people dont say ma hatha? no where. they say: sho hay, or wesh hathi, or shono hay. lol

hiya darling nice video just one question what part of arabic country are you from? as the words im learning are tottally different... :s so im getting confused lol is there difference? im with a jordanian so they speak urduni and lebanese style i think am i correct? :s
