@mil89 Any beer is fine for this one. Your choice of beer will reflect the taste of the chicken. You can just go with the apple juice if your prefer. KtC

Hi, haven't talked to you in a while, you may remember me as NFE2002..... this is my second account.
This recipe proves that beer can make anything good! lol
But this is like Philly cheese steak, except with chicken.... +1

A bit like a chicken version of the sandwich. The beer adds a nice flavour to it and helps keep it moist. We wnjoyed this sandwich, I could eat one now :)
