A Land Rover Defender drives up a 4WD track.
The majority of the drive is done with the driver seeing nothing but sky.
One brave soul attempted it in a Landcruiser but failed before even getting both sets of wheels on the ramp. He is currently at home trying to fix his exhaust.
The video was taken at the Maitland 4WD & Camping Show 2009 and the ramp is 5.5M above the ground.

I reckon my '90 Nissan Pathfinder could manage this with a good set of tires, but I'm making a couple key assumptions:
1) Dry ramp with some form of traction enhancement (be it a grit surface or some form of pockmark on the metal)
2) 4wd low + locker
