@OmmasKitchen just a question... how long so i leave the kalbi on each side when in the frying pan?
also, does this recipe make it come out very sweet?

Hi, are you planning on making kalbi?
It's 5 to 10 minutes on each side and it's sweet but not too sweet like the ones at the restaurant. You can always add more sugar after cooking one rib and taste it first. Make sure to put cola because that's what makes it tender like beer does to ribs.
