We should look to our US government for blame on the destruction of the Japanese Nuclear facilities, and the resultant danger to the Japanese people, in fact, to the entire world. We, the United States, built HAARP, probably the most dangerous weapon of all times, in Alaska. Hence the wholesale destruction of these expensive nuclear sites, at the cost of many human lives.
