@rudybeatskcazm7 Yeah, the .223 doesn't have alot of recoil. The AR-15/M16 in-line bore and stock design significantly reduces the recoil and increases accuracy. How do you rely on your bones? I dun get it.

@SpecJack15 yea thats not totally true. If your shooting standing at long distance and trying to shoot accurately the best thing to do is the rely on your bones and not your muscles and when you lean forward you rely on your muscles. and .223 has hardly any recoil.

@rudybeatskcazm7 You're supposed to lean forward into your rifle when you shoot. Its the proper stance to adopt as it absorbs the recoil from the rifle. Putting pressure on your lead foot helps too.
