If you are interested in building 15 - 20 pounds of muscle in 91 days, be sure to download your free eBook using the link above. This eBook will share with you the same strategies I used to go from 135 to 174 pounds in 3 years. And that's when I didn't know what I was doing. With my new strategy, you can build 15 to 20 pounds of muscle in only 91 days.
Get P90X:
http://www.91daychallenge.com/blog/recommends/p90x
I don't recommend P90X for the commission. I recommend P90X because it works. If you're a noob who is looking to build muscle, it doesn't get any easier than doing what the guys on the TV tell you to do. P90X eliminates guesswork, and allows you to focus on the things that will give you real results.
Get Shakeology:
http://www.91daychallenge.com/blog/recommends/shakeology/
Look it up. Keeping your body in an Alkaline state is extremely important if you're going to build muscle, and burn fat. Shakeology is an easy way to get in all of your vegetables in one little shake.
Make Money: http://www.91daychallenge.com/blog/recommends/beachbodycoach/
If you're interested in getting into the best shape of your life, while also helping others do the same, then you should consider starting a Beachbody business. I'm not saying this doesn't take work, because it does. But it's work that you're already doing. Just workout, diet correctly, and refer people to Beachbody to make a 25% commission on most products. Best of all, you get a 25% discount on most products as well.

@professionalblogger FYI, you can build up to 5 pounds of muscle a month, And he put on what, about 2.5 pounds of muscle a month? 2.5 * 12 = 30 pounds. So for a guy as skinny as he was, switching to a high calorie diet, while being a teenager in a growth spurt... It's 110% possible to gain 30 pounds of muscle in 12 months, easily. Just because the Twins (who are no longer in a growth spurt) can't do it, doesn't mean Taylor Lautner didn't.

@Stearns20 Not everything these guys say is right. For once, I disagree with them. 6 pounds of muscle... Are you fucking kidding? Lol. Last time I checked, gaining 24 pounds of fat doesn't give you a 6 pack.

@professionalblogger Lol. Here we go with the Taylor Lautner on steroids thing. Lol He was on steroids, guys. In fact, everyone who makes huge gains is on steroids. Screw diet. Hell, screw exercising. He probably sat on his ass, at some greasy ass burgers, and became muscular because of steroids. Just letting you guys know. LMFAO

@Stearns20 Lol Taylor Lautner put on 30 pounds of muscle in 1 year. I guess that's impossible too? He must have been on steroids, right? Just because you have slow gains doesn't mean other people will also.

@grettagrids It's funny how ignorant some people in this world can be. Lol. I'm not saying I'm right about everything, and everybody else is wrong. I'm simply sharing my experience. :) Thanks for the support.

@Stearns20 Lol 20 pounds is pushing it. 15 pounds is not. I gained 15 pounds in 60 days, man. And unless you can lift more weight because you're getting fat, well I guess I am wrong. Lol Sure, all 15 pounds I put on in 60 days wasn't muscle, but a good 8 to 10 pounds definitely was.
