@Tr1llobite I find it a shame that a country such as the USA doesn't take care of its citizens better than it does. Health shouldn't be treated as a commodity open to the free (exploitative) market place. I'm just thankful I live in a country where health care is a right rather than a privilege and that I won't ever be faced with crippling medical bills or be denied good quality health care.

This is the USA, we are not Europe. Just because government health care SEEMS to work in another country does not mean that it will work here. the best reform is to take all those massive health care companies and split them up into smaller ones so that there is more competition, and make it easier for new compaines to form, up the competition and the price will go down, as long as health care is not mandatory prices will stay down.
