I miss riding out at Fort Fisher (and the rest of Kure and Carolina beach too). Got my old duramax stuck as well there - wrong tires, too much air and low hanging frame rails. Time to move back to Carolina!

Simple good advice . . .
When on sand air down the tires to 11 psi. keep your speed up. less likely to get stuck that way.
When towing/winching never stand close to the cable. If it breaks it can take your head off.

All the brandfags are idiots. I can show plenty of videos of toyotas pulling american vehicles out of sand. most of the time it's idiots who don't know how to drive at fault, not anything to do with the machine.
Also notice the very aggressive after market tires on the chevy? Those probably had more to do with anything than the emblem on the hood.

i didn't say pull by spinning my tires .. you need too give it a rolling start with a little gas .. if anyone who floors it when pulling out someone is retarded i pull people out of sand alot and i never spun in .. i have 35x13.50 baja atz's

thats a sick avalanche man and to the guy saying yo should pull a truck in sand, i say go for it but when you start spinning and dig yourself on to your axel and then your both stuck you will think mmmm winch i pull and dont digg. then you wil know

you need to pull it with a truck not a slow winch in the sand and the tundra should just roll not spin did chevy make an avalanche with the old front clip
