  • you guys should get a dip bar but otherwise everything looks damn good to make a nice team

  • @youngb715 Thanks! Good call on the dip bar - we have one of those pull up dip combo racks, but I prefer to adjust the width so the bars come in handy.

  • Joe good man, how much rest in between each set and exercise?

  • @idakinlikes Great question. 2 min between bench sets, 60-90 seconds between everything else unless it was an "a" to "b" superset. In the "a" to "b" case go directly from one exercise to the next, then rest.
