And the Splinter Cell games is set in many different countries in different levels.

The COD games takes place during a WAR, Skyrim takes place in a FANTASY WORLD, Mass Effact takes place in the FUTURE.

@CyberLance26 Let's look at the top selling games. COD = set all over the globe, Skyrim,halo, mass effect yeah they are set in other worlds, so disregard them. FIFA, all over the globe (same with most sports games). BF = all over the globe... So apart from that, it doesnt really leave many games to be set in America, so saying nearly every game in the world is ignorance.
