Gautam jain is not talking about karma yoga in this video yet. Any subject about productivity and ethical work conduct is under the realm of karma - bondage - though, undoubtedly can be used as a means for self-development. Karma Yoga is a topic that takes you a step beyond, a means towards Self Realization.

In terms of karma yoga, I highly recommend Skillful Means by Tarthang Tulku, which is free of any spiritual dogma but which takes a rational, introspective look at productive and ethical work conduct.
