The main title and opening sequence of Max Steiner's magnificent score for the 1940 film ALL THIS AND HEAVEN TOO starring Bette David & Charles Boyer, from the original optical nitrate soundtrack (now longer existing alas) featuring the Warner Brothers Studio Orchestra conducted by Max Steiner himself, with a montage of stills and publicity materials. This is one of my favourite Steiner scores and also one of the best period dramas from Warners during its golden period.
