lol .. Hart in the TV series.. terrible acting.. kind of ruined the movie version for me.. the movie version is without fault.

Oh I don't know about bad acting.  I've seen that exact look on many first-year law students' faces when called upon by the professor. Including mine.

well of course - but this guy has nothing on Hart from the original film. He is totally unconvincing and awkward.. that was all I was saying.. haha the way he says.. 'yes my name is ha-ha-heart..' makes me cringe

trial court gave damages for restitution... court of appeals gave expectation damages (better for hawkins)... no P&S though, all his P&S were a natural result of the surgery he contracted for.... least this is all how i remember it haha i guess i would have to check old 1L notes to be sure
