AED BioDiesel Motorcycle - SAE 2008

This is a short video of Advanced Engines Development Corporations (AED) biodiesel motorcycle at the SAE, June 2008 meeting.
This V-TWIN TURBO BIODIESEL Motorcycle Engine was designed and developed by Advanced Engines Development Corporation (AED) and the Gray Eagles (former engineers and corporate executives from Harley Davidson and other supporting companies). This engine is a prototype which needs minimal refinement prior to production. Currently, this engine is in a Harley Davidson FXRS Chassis.
Engine Specs: Up to 80 mpg; Greater than 100 mph; 107 in3 (1750 cc); torque 75 ft-lbs; 56 HP @ 4200rpm (rear wheel); Proprietary combustion chamber and air swirl generator; Control Systems Inc. electronic fly-by-wire engine control system; Bosch 23,000 psi; electronic common rail fuel injection; Performance equivalent (acceleration ,top speed) to a gasoline engine.

Fuel: B20 Biodiesel (20% vegetable oil, 80% diesel); potential use of B100
