One of the best wines I ever opened was a bottle I had last year, 1981 Concannon Petite Sirah Reserve, WOW! It aged perfectly.
It was like silk layered with tabacco, leather and still with some fruit left.
Had no brown tint at all, it was perfect!
I still have a Magnum I got when I joined the club years ago, I think 15 or 16.
