ALRIGHTY. i have sprint, and i got a Sprint Samsung Seek (which is a piece of crap. i was with a friend and fell with it in my pocket, and the microphone broke. also, it has an issue sending text messages.) Does anyone by chance know if a data plan is required for this phone? please answer as soon as possible, thanks, later :)

Do you gotta have the sim card? cause i wanna switch from the blackberry curve and it doesnt have a sim card so idk if i can switch without having to start a new contract

no htc leather case? i used to work for sprint and as of nov 2009 every htc phone with sprint came out with a free leather case in the box...i just ordered this phone and was expecting the same...what a gib...oh well...at least i still have my htc mogul case...lets hope it fits snug...sprint kills every other carrier

the holes in the back arent for battery heating its for the speaker phone

true the speaker is there, but only about 2x2cm near the mute button. i guess this was more about sprint's artistic touch.

is the screen protector a pretty good one? im so pumped to get mine. us cellular finally has a good phone
