@soylegofan Luke was originally going to have a blue lightsaber, but it clashed with the blue sky on tatooine so George Lucas changed it.

Return of the Jedi Order? I am pretty sure it is referring to the return of the jedi Anakin Skywalker.

Lucas is also quoted as saying a jedi doesnt seek revenge and that the different title was an attempt to flush out bootlegs before the films release. I am convinced the only reason for the promotion of the "Revenge" title was to weed out criminal bootleg merchandise. That is the only reason that makes sense.

There are some misconceptions about the title change. The most recent explanation comes from George Lucas himself: The title was always intended to be Return of the Jedi, but we made the film under the code name Revenge of the Jedi. Unfortunately, what happened is Fox started promoting the film before we could tell them not to use the title.

@SOFTDRINKSPRODUCTION - it wasn't "Revenge of the Jedi" but instead "Return of the Jedi" was two reasons. One, a Jedi would never seek revenge and two, it illustrated the rebirth (return) of the Jedi Order
