Cute kid and amazingly tolerant cat. I have never seen anything as calm as that cat. I would never trust an animal with a baby without being near and showing the kid how to be gentle. But I suppose you know the cat to be extremely kind.

@TrishaCleveland As far as I can see the cat is fully capable of leaving the kid whenever it wants to. The kid wont exactly run after the cat.
