Another demo of the magicstomp II, this time featuring more advanced sounds.
As before only a couple of OD pedals and a touch of spring reverb used.

  • Hey ... connected direct to pc?

    Great sounds!!!

  • Through a laney VC30 112 combo.

  • Very well played. Are the settings from the factory standard patches or your own tweaks. Thanks for sharing.

  • Thanks, these are all my own programs (unless otherwise stated)

  • Wicked sweet tones! Reverb from an amp? Which one? I think you just sold me one of these things, much more musical than my Pocket Pod. Is the Leslie box bit from a song? Really sweet.

  • Thanks a lot, the amp is a laney vc30, the leslie bit is improvised as usual!

  • damn two together sound awesome!

  • got magic stomp problem is my sound editor doesnt support my vista laptop.. could you help me on this?

just upgraded my MS ti V1.08 i hear new version was 2.10

  • haha

A little late ,sorry. I've tried one. It's fine on its own, but I wanted to use it as part of a huge effects chain solely as a reverb/delay, but the fact that it includes a preamp means that it clips the signal... useless in my situation.

  • I have the MS mk2 and I love it! Very comprehendable interface and a lot (A LOT) of effects. And for the amout of money you have to pay now it's a bargain!

  • "VCM technology faithfully recreates the sound of sought-after vintage gear," states Athan Billias, director of Technology Products, Yamaha Corporation of America. "However, what sets VCM apart is the fact that it captures the subtleties that simple digital simulations can't. What's more, VCM goes a step further by allowing the user to create custom 'gear,' in software form, from those virtual components."

    -----------------------------

  • Depends on what you make it sound like. It does have VCM...

Virtual Circuit Modeling (VCM). VCM technologydeveloped by Toshi Kunimoto and his team at Yamaha Japan, who created the world's first physical modeling synthesizeractually models the exact analog circuits of studio classics, right down to the last resistor and capacitor.

  • ~I like the Jimmy Page thing around 2:25....LoL....~~
