@acidraindrops114 even if he gets his elbows higher it wouldn't help a thing here, you se how high the bar goes before it "falls" on his chest, hes just not strong enough in his back to take 220kg falling down on his chest.
no offence your strong enough to clean over 220.. just a technical issue here ;) keep up the good job :)

if you got your elbows a little higher then the weight wouldn't have rolled forward and you probably would have had it. you probably already know that though.
