Retail Queen I am-was! I had no fun, cause my boss made me work the worst hours. So no fun spending that paycheck every payday! I was glad to get paid though! Money talks!!! I wish I had some nowfrown.
However, I LOVED that I had a true Gal-Pal who understood me!

I will say that I have zero problem putting M on applications. Not only do I not consider it NOT a lie, it makes paperwork and interviewing easier.
Unless it's a job where you didn't use the new name at all AND you are listing a reference from that job in the references section I wouldn't bother. What they're looking for is discrepancies with married/maiden names or someone who has had numerous names (which is a paperwork nightmare if they don't disclose).

As for applications, check off whatever it says on your drivers or state identification since they are going to photocopy it for your employment records.

aire you have such a gentle heart and a sweet spirit, i wish you all the happiness you seek.
i understand your frustration because i'm going thru these things also. i wanted to let you know that your videos are a great help to me. hang in there girl you'll find what your searching for.
I think nursing homes would be so blessed to have you on staff. Yes, you have the skills, but you are also gentle, kind and understanding. You have such a good heart. When my grandma was in a nursing home before she passed, she had her favorite staff. I'm sure you'll be someone's favorite person there too...they'll be like, "When's Arie coming in? Is she here today?" OK, I'm done now, LOL.
