It wasn't the openly changing i had an issue with, it was the fact the wolf was a regular hollywood anthropomorphic werewolf. In the book her wolf form was exactly that, a wolf, completely indistinguishable by humans from a normal wolf.
She also seemed to hard edged, to gothy for me. I'll grant the Angua on a bad day part. But not all the time. the girl was right just soften her a bit, make her, i dunno, sweeter, until she needs it. THEN make her a bitch, as it were.

@furubafan4eva: Yeah, apparently it is going to happen. It will be new stories (though I could imagine they would incoporate the watch books) and Pterry will supervise the whole thing. There was an annoucment of the plans a couple of months ago and I fear I made some pretty undignified squeals of joy. XD

@brennenderopa I liked her up until she openly changed into a werewolf, that did seem really outta character compared to her in the books keeping it a secret from the public. But before that I thought she was okay, she looks how I imagined her, the accent was better than I'd thought it would be and she seemed like she could be Angua on a bad day.
