The donor heart is flown from George to Cape Town where Melanie has been prepared to receive the new heart and have her failing heart removed. Soon after the transplant her family begins to see the all too familiar symptoms of ARVD begin to show in her brother Trevor. The wait for a donor heart begins all over again but this time for Trevor junior.
