im a donald duck every time deadlfit or squat or row it absolutely kills my lower back especially when i go heavy and im a tall guy to what else can i do so i dont have pain any more on these exercises

been at the gym doing all power fitness and i still have yet to get my form right, i weigh 122 and squatting right now 135 (newest video on my page) and i dipped too far down and stopped on my secound squat and it killed my back i cant even walk right now without major pain happening in my lower back, its about time to take a broomstick and get my form down with that till i get my posture down more accurately

I have low back pain my hamstrings and hip flexors are both pretty flexible but it hurts more to do forward bends then backbends and back extensions so would I be a Donald Duck?

@schmui Yes he answered, but that didn't help. That’s why I asked to make sure there is nothing wrong. My question was like "Are you sure?” Only brainless can't get it.

@alyoosi what? he answered that just in the beginning of the video. or what do you think he was up to when he pointed out the problem of having strong back muscles but weak abs. let it stay this way? work on your lower back so your butt eventually touches the back of your head? ok, i'm being pretty lame right now, but not using your brain at all is even worse, i think.
