Casa Caldeirao consists of one small detached house and one semi-detached located in a quiet hamlet between the towns of Penela and Miranda do Corvo. The University city of Coimbra is approximately 20km north of the property.
The smaller of the two houses has a footprint of 32m2 with an adega to the ground floor and access to the 1st floor by an external stairway. The larger adjacent house is approx 95m2.
